Art. 1. These regulations specify the rules and conditions for playing on the "Naruto Story" server.
Art. 2.
§1 The server administrator is Naruto Story Team (hereinafter "NST").
§2 The provisions of these Regulations determining the competences and obligations of NST should be applied accordingly to persons who do not belong to the NST but have the rank of Game Master of the Server or other functionally similar ranks.
§3 Discord Naruto Story is affiliated with NST but is not subject to its administration. NST is not bound by the content published there and does not take responsibility for it.
§4 Official information about the Server will be published on the website www.narutostory.net.
Art. 3. The User of the Server can be any natural person.
Art. 4.
§1 Registration and playing on the Server are free.
§2 Purchase and use of NSCoins is completely voluntary.
§3 Everyone is entitled to purchase NSCoins regardless of age, in accordance with the principles arising from art. 14 §2 and art. 20 of the Polish Civil Code.
§4 Services provided electronically by ADRIK Adrian Kudziński include the creation of an account on narutostory.net and the sale of premium points (called NSC) in the NS game.
Art. 5.
§1 NST freely designates Game Server Masters. NST members have all Game Masters rights as well as other ranks created in accordance with §2.
§2 NST is entitled to freely enter other ranks whose rights are intended to protect order on the Server.
§3 Game Master has special permissions on the Server, in particular permissions in order to keep order and smoothness of the game, under which it can issue binding orders to players, and also enforce them. Game Master has the right to apply Title III penalties.
Art. 6.
§1 NST speaks Polish and English.
§2 The language on the Server is English.
§3 Players can use any language; however, contacts with NST are limited to languages from §1.
Art. 7. The condition of using the Server is the User's voluntary acceptance of the provisions of the Regulations. The use of the Server by the User means that they have carefully read the Regulations and voluntarily accept its content.
Art. 8.
§1 NST is entitled to change the regulations freely. The amendment to the regulations comes into force upon its publication.
§2 It is the responsibility of the Server User to become familiar with each change to the Regulations.
§3 Using the Server after each change of the Regulations means that the User has carefully read the Regulations and voluntarily accepts its content. If the User does not agree to the new wording of the Regulations, the User is obliged to report it to the NST, which will immediately delete the User's account.
§4 The User uses the Server at their own responsibility. NST is not responsible for the content posted by Users on the Server. No member of NST shall be liable for damages related to the use of the Server or Client by Users, including damages related to the purchase of NSCoins, unless NST caused damage to the User intentionally.
Art. 9. Account and character creation is done through the official Server website.
Art. 10.
§1 The rules regarding player's names (hereinafter "nicknames") are as follows:
1) Player's nickname can only contain letters and numbers. The members can be separated by a space.
2) The player's nickname cannot be contrary to decency, in particular, it cannot be offensive or vulgar.
3) The player's nickname cannot be similar to the nickname of an NST member, Moderator or Game Master, or any other person with a specially created rank.
§2 In case of violation of the above-mentioned rules, NST is entitled to delete the character without prior warning.
Art. 11.
§1 Using the chat contrary to decency is prohibited, in particular:
1) Insulting: NST members, Game Masters, other people with a specially created rank or ordinary Players.
2) Use of profanity or other words commonly considered offensive.
3) Spamming.
4) Advertising other websites or servers.
5) Urging others to act contrary to these Regulations.
6) Asking Game Masters for unauthorized help.
§2 By "chat" is meant all chat characters in the game.
Art. 12. It is unacceptable to cheat other players and Game Masters; in particular, it is unacceptable to "hack" accounts of other players, fabricate false evidence against other players, and use programs that facilitate the game (e.g., macro, bot). If NST catches a player using such programs, it may result in a ban for a certain amount of time (e.g., 10, 30, 90 days) or even the removal of the character.
Art. 13.
§1 The player is obliged to report any errors of the server.
§2 It is unacceptable for the Player to exploit Server errors.
Art. 14. The Player may report a violation of these Regulations by another Player via private message to a Game Master or the appropriate Discord department.
Art. 15. Stealing items is allowed, unless a game bug is involved.
Art. 16. NST is not responsible for damage caused by a server "crash".
Art. 17. The player is obliged to respect good manners in the game; in particular, they should be polite and friendly to other players. Show respect to the members of the NST, Game Masters.
Art. 18. The player has the right to ask the Game Master for help in justified cases, in particular when a game error interferes or prevents them from continuing to play.
Art. 19. It is forbidden for the player (service recipient) to provide illegal content.
Art. 20. The account is for one player only. Only the account creator may access the account. Account sharing and attempting to share are prohibited.
Art. 21.
§1 The Game Master has the right to apply the following penalties to the Player who has violated the rules set out in these Regulations:
1) A reprimand to the player consisting in drawing their attention by the Game Master.
2) Killing a player's character, which should be preceded by a warning.
3) Banning the player's character by temporarily or permanently blocking the player's ability to use the character.
4) Banning the Player's IP consisting of temporary or permanent blocking of the possibility of using the Server by the Player with a specific IP.
5) Deleting a Player's Character.
6) Deleting the Player's Account.
§2 The Game Master decides on the type and size of the penalty in proportion to the breach of the Regulations.
Art. 22. Appeals against Game Master's decisions should be addressed directly to NST. NST's decision cannot be appealed.
Art. 23. Internet connection (wired or wireless).
